Over the last couple of years, I've been on a personal journey of fixing myself.
In August of 2017, my life hit a wall at 430 lbs. I was left "disabled" due to a severe back issue, and the life prognosis was not looking good.
Over the next 2 years, I found my way to Keto, Intermittent Fasting, and the Gym.
Things got a little crazy in December of 2019 - and a progress picture went viral and led to an interview, which ultimately led to appearing on the front page of Fox News.

What happened next was mind blowing... the messages started.

Between Facebook and Reddit, I quickly topped thousands of questions - more than I could answer directly. I knew then there were people in the same boat I was, that wanted to make a change.
This led to the creation of CanDoWorkout.com - the naming is very much in line with my way of thinking - we have been trained to believe we can't do things, can't do a complete 180, and can't reform ourselves.
I'll be starting from the beginning in digestible posts that I think are relevant of the process that worked for me. We will cover Keto, Intermittent Fasting, getting into the gym, and my experiences with medical cannabis.
